How to Cook :
- Marinate the goldfish with salt. Let stand for 15 minutes. Fry in hot oil until cooked. Remove and drain.
- Fuel onion and cayenne pepper, then mash roughly with kencur.
- Enter the rough ground spices, red chili, and ginger into the water. Boil until boiling.
- Add salt, sugar, and instant broth. Cook until boiling again, remove from heat. Add lime water, stir well.
- Put the Goldfish Halibut on a serving plate. Flush with gravy. Serve while warm.
